RFP for Broker
The Wayne County Land Bank (WCLB) is completing the renovation of nine (9) single-family
residential properties located in Wayne County as part of the Blight Elimination Program (BEP)
(See Exhibit A). After the renovations are complete, the WCLB will be selling these properties
to income-qualified owner occupants. The purpose of this RFP is to receive proposals from a
licensed real estate brokerage for marketing and selling these properties as soon as possible.

Rehab for 12895 Rawsonville
The Wayne County Land Bank has acquired the property at 12895 Rawsonville Road, Sumpter Township,
48111 (Parcel ID 81119990001724). The purpose of this RFP is to receive proposals for rehabilitation
and future use of this property. The Wayne County Land Bank intends for the property to continue to
align with Sumpter Townships Rural Small Farm District and master plan in preservation of rural
characteristics as well as natural features.
By way of this RFP, the WCLB is requesting Statements of Proposals (“Responses”) to purchase the
property and complete a rehabilitation to a point where it will pass all local codes.
