The Wayne County Land Bank Corporation (“WCLB”) requests responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of growing its pool of recommended contractors to conduct title services, including, but not limited to, performing title searches and issuing preliminary title commitments and title insurance policies. Winning bidders will be included in the WCLB’s recommended contractors for title services with the overall goal of expanding its current quiet title program to provide title insurance  for as many WCLB properties as possible.
