The WCLB invites qualified and experienced Demolition Contractors to submit proposals for Limited Asbestos Abatement and Demolition services for the property located at 111 Highland, Highland Park, MI 48203. The RFP is also available through BidNet Direct. Questions due February 18, by 1:00 PM. Submit all questions in writing to: je****************@******sc.com. Proposals due February 27, by 4:00 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted. Contractors are responsible for reviewing all RFP documents and any issued addenda.

RFP – Demolition – 111 Highland

The Wayne County Land Bank (WCLB) invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit bids for Asbestos Abatement, Lead Abatement, and Hazardous Material Disposal in connection with residential rehabilitation work at nine residential properties.

This procurement is issued as an INVITATION TO BID (ITB). Questions regarding this ITB must be submitted in writing no later than Thursday, February 12, to aw*****@***********mi.gov. Responses to the ITB are due no later than February 23, by 4:00 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Bidders are responsible for reviewing all ITB documents and any addenda issued prior to the submission deadline.
