Lavon joins Wayne County as the Land Bank’s Field Services Manager. As Field Services Manager, Lavon is responsible for engaging with the public, documenting the properties that come through the Land Bank, working with purchasers to ensure successful long term management of properties, and monitoring current inventory.

Lavon is a passionate advocate for the community that he lives in and has experience working for the Detroit Land Bank. Lavon is born and raised in the City of Detroit where he currently lives with his wife and 2 children. When Lavon is not working for the people of Wayne County, he enjoys traveling, music, and riding his motorcycle.
